Return policy

In any case, the Client has the right to notify in writing on www.trotty.ro on the RETURN page, as a waiver of purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of service providers, from the termination of the contract. (The products can only be returned if they have not been used and packed in the original packaging)

According to art. 7 par. 1 of the GD 130/2000 on the legal regime of the distance contracts and to the Law no. 51/2003, which approves the Ordinance, “ the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 days, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

In any situation of returning the products, they must be in the same condition as they were sent to the Client in the original package with intact labels and with all the documents accompanying it (invoice, guarantee certificate, etc.). Under no circumstances should the product, the accessories and consumables with which it was delivered show traces of impact, scratches, scratched paint, broken or scratched bent screws or fasteners, consumables used, because in this situation the return of the products will not be accepted, the product, the accessories and the consumables will be returned to the customer at his expense.

*NOTE: It is NOT acceptable to return the products used or those with signs of wear.

***NOTE: CONSUMABLES (TIRES, BRAKE PADS, BRAKE DISCS) ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY !

According to the law, the cost of the return will be borne by the Client.

The money paid for the goods will be returned in full, but without refunding the transport cost and the refund fees if applicable (if you paid cash to the courier).

If the goods have been paid by card, the value of the goods will be refunded (without the transport or card processing fees) in max 10 working days.
